Accreditation of training and development programmes
Would you like to accredit your management or leadership training and development programmes?
Do you have an existing management or leadership training and development workshop or programme?
Would you like to accredit this against nationally recognised qualification?
We can help your candidates gain a nationally recognised qualification awarded by the Chartered Management Institute by aligning your programme’s learning content to suitable qualification units on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
Candidates then complete a short written assignment, based on demonstrating learning outcomes. Successful completion of these assignments can result in the following:
- CMI Award (1 unit)
- CMI Certificate (2 or more units)
- CMI Diploma (5 or more units)
The qualifications are available at various levels of management and leadership responsibility:
Team leader (level 2)
- First line manager (level 3)
- Middle manager (level 5)
- Senior manager (level 7)

All candidates would be registered as Affiliate Members of the CMI whilst completing the programme and have access to a wide range of supporting resources.Gaining a qualification this way provides access to CMI Membership and designatory letters and can also provide access to the CMI's Chartered Manager scheme
We have recently helped a number of organisations accredit their own internal programmes. If you would like to discuss how this process might work for your organisation, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
