The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Training Programme - This programme is for established, intact teams of around 6-12 people where you work together on a regular basis and have some knowledge and experience of each others behaviours within the team. The programme helps identify how the team could improve relationships and performance as a team.
The Five Behaviors™: Personal Development Training Programme - This programme is for individuals who belong to and/or work across more than one team or project. The programme looks at the indiividuals behaviours when working in different teams and looks for opportunities for personal development and opportunities to transfer the learning from one team to another. This is also suitable for new teams or where teams do not have a great deal of knowledge about each other. This programme can be an ideal starting point to follow up with The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Training Programme at a later date.
